Residential Conveyancer – Bristol – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (part-time considered; hybrid working available post-probation)
Salary: £45,000 to £70,000
A well-established law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its respected Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a quality-focused, collaborative environment with strong local connections and a reputation for outstanding client service.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Drafting and reviewing contract packages, title reports, and mortgage documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
- Conducting exchanges and completions
- Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards
- Participating in marketing and networking activities
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with:
- 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- Enthusiasm for business development and social media engagement
- IT literacy and adaptability to new systems
- Knowledge of the Bristol property market (preferred)
