Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property – Gloucester – 4+ PQE
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working Available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established and family-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Residential Property team in Gloucester. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • New build property work
  • Help to Buy matters
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Sales, purchases and re-mortgages
  • Managing files from instruction through to completion
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of client care
  • Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
  • 4+ years’ experience handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
  • Ability to manage files independently from inception to completion
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive, client-focused and professional approach
