Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – 2+ Years’ Experience – Plymouth
Location: Plymouth
Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
A well established law firm is seeking a hard working and motivated conveyancing professional to join its award winning Residential Conveyancing team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal or property background who is looking to take the next step in their career within a busy, supportive and high performing team.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working closely with colleagues across the team. Responsibilities include:
- Handling a varied caseload of conveyancing files
- Providing high quality client service throughout each transaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Promoting yourself and the firm to generate new work
- Taking part in business development activities
- Working collaboratively within a busy team environment
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Proven track record in billing and generating new client work
- Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
- Excellent IT skills and experience using case management systems
- A proactive, motivated and professional attitude
- Integrity, drive and a commitment to delivering high quality service
- Ability to work under supervision while also taking responsibility where needed
