Solicitor – General Liability (Personal Injury) – Bristol – NQ–2 PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

A leading national law firm is seeking a General Liability Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join its established Insurance team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work with market-leading insurer clients on a varied and technically engaging caseload.

The Role
You will manage and assist on a range of defendant personal injury and liability matters, including:

• Employers’, Public and Products Liability claims
• Fast track, intermediate and multi-track personal injury cases
• Advising insurer clients on liability and coverage issues
• Supporting investigations into health & safety matters, inquests and regulatory issues
• Assisting with product liability claims
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team

As your experience develops, you will have increasing autonomy over your own files and opportunities to get involved in business development.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

• NQ–2 years’ PQE with experience in personal injury or insurance litigation
• A solid understanding of litigation procedure and case management
• Exposure to liability claims (EL/PL/Products) desirable
• Strong drafting, organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• A proactive, commercially aware approach
