Solicitor – Residential Property – Cirencester – 2+ Years PQE

Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Handling all aspects of general residential property work
• Managing transactions efficiently and cost-effectively with minimal supervision
• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
• Contributing to a collaborative and service-driven team culture
• Demonstrating ambition and a willingness to learn new skills
• Maintaining excellent written communication and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property
• Strong technical and case management skills
• Confidence in managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
