Solicitor – Real Estate – Bristol – NQ–2 PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)
A well regarded national Real Estate team is seeking a Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join its expanding Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced, client focused environment, delivering high quality advice across a broad range of complex transactional property matters.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting a wide range of real estate work, including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Corporate support
- Real estate finance
- Property and asset management
- Working with investors, developers, lenders, corporates, charities and healthcare providers
- Collaborating with a multi disciplinary healthcare client service team
- Contributing to business development, networking, seminars and client engagement
You will work closely with a senior partner, gaining exposure to high quality work from day one, with strong opportunities to develop your expertise in a specialist and growing area of real estate law.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor with:
- NQ–2 years PQE in real estate
- Experience across a range of real estate transactions
- Exposure to landlord & tenant, corporate support or real estate finance (desirable)
- Strong technical, analytical and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Confidence managing your time and taking ownership of matters (with supervision)
- Genuine interest in real estate, including planning, ESG, market trends and policy developments
- Motivation to build strong client relationships and contribute to team growth
