Location: North Dorset (Hybrid & Flexible)

The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Mortgages and transfers of equity
  • Properties in rural locations
  • Work flowing from a thriving residential property department


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confidence managing a diverse caseload independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach
  • Experience using case management systems
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service


Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working is available. Attendance at the Shaftesbury office is expected, with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.
