Senior Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution – Swindon – 3+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week, hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000
A respected law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (or above) with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its well-established Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including corporates, SMEs, and family-run businesses, in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial dispute matters, including:
- Contractual disputes between businesses
- Professional negligence claims
- Mediation and other forms of ADR
- Commercial litigation and advisory work
- Business development and client relationship management
- Collaborating with fee earners across multiple offices
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in dispute resolution or litigation
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive and organised approach
- Experience with legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
