Senior Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution – Swindon – 3+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week, hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000

A respected law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (or above) with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its well-established Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including corporates, SMEs, and family-run businesses, in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial dispute matters, including:

  • Contractual disputes between businesses
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Mediation and other forms of ADR
  • Commercial litigation and advisory work
  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Collaborating with fee earners across multiple offices


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 3+ years PQE in dispute resolution or litigation
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • Experience with legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
