A top-ranked UK law firm with a national footprint is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to work alongside some of the most respected partners in the field. The Bristol Real Estate team is known for its sector-focused expertise across transport, clean energy, telecoms, waste, and sustainability.

The Role

  • You’ll be joining a dynamic and entrepreneurial team led by well-regarded partners including Adam Watson, Duncan Tringham, and Michael Bray. The role offers exposure to high-value and complex real estate matters across commercial and residential development, property finance, fund management, and regeneration projects.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on a broad range of real estate transactions
  • Supporting clients across major sectors and industries
  • Managing financial performance including billing and WIP
  • Contributing to business development and client retention
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical expertise and SRA compliance
  • Delivering exceptional client service and care


About You
We’re looking for a qualified legal professional with:

  • 1+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent)
  • Strong commercial real estate experience within a reputable practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and case management skills
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft tools
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with the firm’s values
