Salary: £45,000 – £65,000, depending on experience

A respected and long established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join its growing property team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive conveyancer who can manage a varied caseload while delivering a smooth, client focused service from instruction through to completion.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Post completion work
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent service
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive, high performing team environment
  • Contributing to local networking and business development to support departmental growth


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a conveyancer with:

  • 2+ years PQE managing a residential property caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of conveyancing matters
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Confidence working in a modern, paperless, technology driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client service
  • A proactive, team focused approach with the ability to work independently when needed
