Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate with 1+ year PQE to join one of the UK’s largest and most respected Property Litigation teams. The Role

You’ll advise a broad range of clients including household names, social housing providers, and property managers. Your caseload will include:

• Telecoms disputes and mast removal under the Electronic Communications Code
• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
• Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
• Lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and service charge disputes
• Strategic land and development-related litigation

You’ll be supported by a large, well-structured team with clear progression pathways and access to high-quality work across the UK.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ year PQE in property litigation
• Experience or interest in telecoms-related disputes (a growing niche area)
• Strong academic background and attention to detail
• Excellent drafting, client-handling, and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for business development
• Confidence working with major clients and managing complex files
