Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Swindon – 1+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid considered)
Salary: £50,000–£75,000 DOE + bonus
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in the Swindon office. This is a key role supporting clients across a broad range of personal matters, offering the opportunity to build long term relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Advising on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing files efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding individual needs
- Attending client meetings and explaining legal processes clearly and confidently
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:
- At least 1 year PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Experience across a range of private client matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple cases
- A proactive, client focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
