Solicitor – Real Estate – Bristol – 2–4 Years PQE
Location: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
A well established national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with approximately 2–4 years’ post qualification experience to join its expanding Real Estate team in Bristol. The Role
You will join a highly regarded team working across a broad range of real estate matters, with particular focus on:
- Residential led development
- Strategic land development projects
- Commercial development and regeneration
- Investment and asset management for national and regional property companies
- Advisory work for owner/occupier clients
- Natural capital projects including biodiversity net gain, water neutrality and nutrient neutrality
- Both contentious and non contentious agricultural matters
Recent work highlights include:
- Advising a national land promoter on multiple strategic land promotion agreements
- Acting on the promotion of a 250+ acre Sussex site delivering up to 1,500 homes plus education, leisure and care facilities
- Supporting habitat bank operators on conservation covenants and natural capital mitigation projects
- Advising household name occupiers on asset management, portfolio expansion and estate restructuring
- Acting for Further Education Colleges on leases, charges, sales and redevelopment matters
- Advising on the acquisition and development of a major mixed use gateway site in Leicester valued at approximately £50m
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Around 2–4 years PQE in residential or commercial development, or general commercial property
- A clear enthusiasm for real estate work and delivering excellent client outcomes
- Confidence to hit the ground running and manage matters under pressure
- Strong technical, drafting and organisational skills
- A pragmatic, solutions focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team development
- Interest in business development and staying up to date with legal developments
