Property Lawyer / Conveyancer – Exmouth – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Exmouth (with hybrid flexibility where possible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full time or Part time
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

A well established South West law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property team in Exmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Practitioner with 2+ years’ PQE to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and friendly environment.

The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re mortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
  • Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to a collaborative and client focused team culture


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a property specialist with:

  • 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent client care skills and a professional, approachable manner
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using legal case management systems
  • A proactive, motivated and team oriented approach
