Salary: £30,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)

A well established and long standing law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and friendly Conveyancing department in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional development and high quality client service.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for independently managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Sales, purchases and remortgages
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and work providers
  • Providing support to other fee earners within the team when required
  • Delivering exceptional client service and clear, accurate legal advice
  • Using the firm’s case management system confidently and efficiently


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a fee earner with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
  • A proven track record of independent fee earning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client care abilities and a professional, approachable manner
  • Confidence managing a busy caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ideally, existing professional contacts or clients
  • Ability to work well within a supportive team environment
