Fee Earner – Residential Conveyancing – Plymouth – 1+ Years’ Experience
Location: Plymouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £30,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
A well established and long standing law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and friendly Conveyancing department in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional development and high quality client service.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for independently managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Sales, purchases and remortgages
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and work providers
- Providing support to other fee earners within the team when required
- Delivering exceptional client service and clear, accurate legal advice
- Using the firm’s case management system confidently and efficiently
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a fee earner with:
- At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
- A proven track record of independent fee earning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client care abilities and a professional, approachable manner
- Confidence managing a busy caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideally, existing professional contacts or clients
- Ability to work well within a supportive team environment
