A respected regional firm is seeking a Family Associate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Family team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-profile family law matters, representing high net worth and international clients, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:

  • Nuptial agreements and wealth protection
  • Contested financial remedy proceedings
  • Cohabitation cases
  • Complex children law matters
  • Domestic abuse injunctions
  • Advising high net worth and international clients on complex family law issues
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with partners and senior team members on high-profile cases


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 1–5 years PQE in family law
  • Experience with high net worth/ultra-high net worth clients, complex financial remedy proceedings, and complex children cases (desired)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
  • A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach to work
  • Excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills under pressure and ability to act as a positive role model
  • Enthusiasm for business development and marketing alongside legal expertise
