Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Bristol – 3+ Years’ Experience
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• New build properties
• Shared ownership matters

Minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience is required.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Conveyancers (NQ+)
• CILEX Lawyers
• Solicitors

Essential Skills

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancing Executive
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload confidently
• Strong experience across freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
