Private Client – Partner / Senior Associate – Bournemouth – 8+ Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)
Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 (DOE)
A leading employee-owned regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior role within a growing team at a values-driven, award-winning firm.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a high-quality caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Tax planning and wealth protection
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
- Leading business development and client relationship initiatives
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the office
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical expertise across the full range of matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proven ability to win and retain high-value work
- Leadership experience and confidence in developing others
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Strong presence in the local market
