Location: Bristol, Southampton or Exeter (Hybrid, flexible working)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected UK law firm is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate to join its ambitious Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role within a future-focused practice, working with a diverse client base and contributing to the growth of one of the leading regional property litigation teams in the UK.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading on complex property litigation matters while supervising junior team members
- Sharing work across the region and collaborating with colleagues in a proactive, positive way
- Advising private clients, corporate clients, retailers, landowner developers, property developers, and investors
- Handling disputes concerning development land (including telecoms), property contracts, and landlord/tenant issues such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients
- Playing a key role in developing and expanding the Property Litigation team
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 7+ years PQE in property litigation
- Specialist expertise across contentious property matters
- Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently and supervising junior colleagues
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building new client relationships
- Motivation to continue developing skills and understanding clients’ wider business interests
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving outstanding results
