A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate-level Solicitor with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its Tier 1 ranked Real Estate Disputes team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters for national and international clients within a collaborative and progressive environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of property-related disputes, including:
- Risk and asset management at pre-action stage
- Commercial and complex residential property disputes
- Mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation
- Working with commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies, and high net worth individuals
- Collaborating with colleagues across dispute resolution and non-contentious real estate teams
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in high-quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing a complex and varied workload
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- SRA registration
