Solicitor – Employment Law – Bournemouth – 3+ Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £55,000–£70,000 (dependent on experience)
A well regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its respected and growing Employment team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters within a collaborative, commercially focused environment that values high quality advice and client service.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling a varied and stimulating caseload, including:
- Advising clients on a full range of employment law issues
- Representing clients in employment tribunals and employment related litigation
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and other key documentation
- Managing new client enquiries and making cross referrals where appropriate
- Conducting legal research and proposing innovative solutions
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, including AML, engagement letters, billing, and time recording
- Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
- Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in employment law
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent client care skills and a commercial approach
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- A positive, flexible, and team oriented mindset
- Experience in immigration law or willingness to learn (advantageous)
