Private Client Fee Earner – Wills, Probate & Estates – Chippenham – 2+ Years Experience
Location: Chippenham
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hours negotiable)
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

A well-established and progressive regional law firm is seeking two Private Client Fee Earners to join its expanding Private Client department in Chippenham. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload including:

  • Probate and estate administration
  • Will drafting
  • Tax planning and inheritance matters
  • Court of Protection applications
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Providing empathetic and professional client service
  • Ensuring compliance and high standards of client care


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in private client work (applications from a range of experience levels are welcome)
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
  • A proactive, client-focused approach
