Private Client Fee Earner – Wills, Probate & Estates – Chippenham – 2+ Years Experience
Location: Chippenham
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hours negotiable)
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
A well-established and progressive regional law firm is seeking two Private Client Fee Earners to join its expanding Private Client department in Chippenham. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Will drafting
- Tax planning and inheritance matters
- Court of Protection applications
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Providing empathetic and professional client service
- Ensuring compliance and high standards of client care
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with:
- 2+ years’ experience in private client work (applications from a range of experience levels are welcome)
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- A proactive, client-focused approach
