Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE – Devizes
Location: Devizes
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well established and growing Corporate team in Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued expansion of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• Support and lead on transactions depending on experience
• Provide commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking activities
• Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
• Maintain strong organisation, high standards and excellent client service

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
• Proactive, organised and adaptable
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
