Dispute Resolution / Litigation Solicitor – Bristol – NQ–2 Years PQELocation: Bristol (parking permit provided)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm)
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

A growing and dynamic law firm in Clifton is seeking a Dispute Resolution / Litigation Solicitor with NQ–2 years’ PQE to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and high performing environment.

The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Commercial and property litigation matters
• High Court and County Court litigation
• Mediation and arbitration claims
• Supporting the Head of Department on complex matters
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Drafting legal documents
• Advocacy
• Managing your own files
• Marketing and business development activities

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• NQ–2 years PQE with litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• A strong academic background (2:1 degree preferred)
• Aptitude for business development and marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Confidence working independently and within a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Client focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Polished communication skills
• Methodical and thorough working style
• Professional presentation
