The Role
You will play a key role within the Private Client team, managing your own caseload and delivering high quality, client centred advice. Your work will include:

  • Advising on wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration
  • Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
  • Drafting clear, accurate legal documents to support clients’ long term planning
  • Communicating with clients in person, by phone and in writing, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage
  • Supporting and supervising junior and support staff
  • Contributing to business development and strengthening the team’s presence in the local community
  • Building strong internal relationships across the wider firm


Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • 2–4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Experience working within a private client team
  • Strong ability to build rapport and manage client expectations
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Commercial awareness and confidence handling matters from a financial perspective
  • Willingness to develop skills in networking and business development
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing to a supportive team culture
