A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3+ years PQE) to join its thriving Residential Property team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and first registrations
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the department
  • Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
  • Providing tailored legal advice and maintaining regular client contact
  • Ensuring efficient case progression and compliance with firm procedures
  • Overseeing financial aspects of your caseload with support from the cash office
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant electronic and physical files


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential property
  • Recent experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion
  • Strong communication, client care, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Availability for occasional Saturday clinics (up to 4 times per year)
