Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – Residential Property – Bristol – 3+ Years PQE

A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3+ years PQE) to join its thriving Residential Property team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and first registrations
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the department
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
- Providing tailored legal advice and maintaining regular client contact
- Ensuring efficient case progression and compliance with firm procedures
- Overseeing financial aspects of your caseload with support from the cash office
- Maintaining accurate and compliant electronic and physical files
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential property
- Recent experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion
- Strong communication, client care, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Full, clean driving licence
- Availability for occasional Saturday clinics (up to 4 times per year)
