A respected law firm is seeking a Land Development/Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its friendly and hardworking team based at the Bournemouth office. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of land development and commercial property matters, including:

  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
  • Handling landlord and tenant transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 5+ years PQE in land development and/or commercial property law
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
