Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking a junior Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years’ PQE to develop their career within a highly respected property practice.
The Role
This is a hands-on and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of real estate matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Handling landlord and tenant transactions
- Supporting real estate finance and development projects
- Working with clients across sectors including investment, infrastructure, and housebuilding
- Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to team success
Candidate Requirements
- Up to 2 years’ PQE in real estate law
- Experience gained at a respected city, national or regional firm
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- A proactive, pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving
- Genuine enthusiasm for property law and sector developments
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth
