Corporate Associate – 4+ Years PQE
Location: Cheltenham (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a leading Corporate team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value, complex corporate transactions within a forward thinking and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Lead negotiations and manage transactions from start to finish
• Provide strategic corporate advice to a wide range of clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across specialist teams
• Support business development and networking activity
• Mentor junior lawyers and trainees
• Maintain up to date legal knowledge

About You:

• 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A, private equity and corporate advisory matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident managing your own matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, ambitious and collaborative mindset
