Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)

A well established, award winning regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its close knit and highly regarded team in Clevedon. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Refinancing transactions
• Lease work for both landlords and tenants
• Site acquisitions, finance and sales
• Corporate support on transactional matters
• A broad range of commercial property transactions

You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation for client service and technical excellence.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Experience acting for developers, investors, lenders and landlords/tenants
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial transactions
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
