Solicitor – Residential Property – Plymouth – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Plymouth

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected and well established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and reputable conveyancing team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a full and active caseload within a supportive environment that prioritises high quality client service and professional independence.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Help to Buy matters
- Plot sales
- Shared ownership transactions
- Direct client contact and overall conduct of matters
- Working alongside trained legal assistants supported by an efficient case management system
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Confidence managing a busy caseload independently
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- A proactive, professional, and friendly approach
- Competence with legal IT systems (no dictation used)
