A leading regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor with strong expertise in divorce and financial remedy matters to join its well-established Family team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:

• Divorce proceedings and financial remedy cases
• Advising clients on settlements and financial disputes
• Advocacy and representation in court
• Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
• Supporting business development and practice growth
• Maintaining high professional standards and client care

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• Significant PQE in family law (divorce and financial remedies essential)
• Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and supervise others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to practice development
• Motivation, organisation, and a client-focused mindset
