Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor with 1 or more years’ PQE to join its highly regarded Corporate Tax team in Bristol. The Team
You will join a Tier 1 ranked corporate tax practice, recognised for its innovative approach and outstanding results across a wide range of sectors. The team advises an impressive client base including:
- Major corporates
- Financial institutions
- Real estate developers
- Fund investors
- Government and public sector bodies
The work is diverse, high impact and intellectually stimulating, offering exposure to:
- Corporate M&A
- Private equity transactions
- Real estate tax matters
- Cross border structuring
- Financing arrangements
- Fund structuring
- Corporate reorganisations
The team is known for delivering bespoke, commercially focused tax solutions and for its ability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor who:
- Has 1+ years’ PQE in corporate tax
- Has experience advising on high quality corporate tax matters
- Is an SRA registered lawyer
- Brings strong technical ability and a commercial mindset
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a high performing team
- Is keen to develop expertise across a broad range of tax and structuring work
