Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 (DOE)
A leading regional firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is a superb opportunity to take a senior role in a growing team within an employee-owned, values-led firm.
The Role
You’ll manage and develop a varied and high-value caseload, including:
- M&A, restructures, and corporate governance
- Commercial contracts and advisory work
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
- Supporting business clients across diverse sectors
- Leading business development and client engagement
- Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team growth
- Contributing to strategic office development
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years PQE in Corporate or Commercial law
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of high-value transactional work
- Leadership experience and ability to develop others
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong presence in the local or national market
