Location: Bath

Salary: £64,000 to £78,000
A respected law firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its highly ranked Agricultural Property team in Bath. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of agricultural and rural property matters, including:
- Sale and purchase transactions, including strategic land development and secured lending
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with farmers, landowners, and agri-businesses
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 4+ years PQE in agricultural or rural property law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Commercial awareness and ability to support clients through legislative and market changes
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
