Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex clinical negligence matters, including:
- Severe and high-value claims across England and Wales
- Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
- Providing meticulous and tenacious representation
- Supporting a collaborative and compassionate team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence law
- A significant track record of success in complex claims
- Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
