Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some flexibility on working hours)
Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 (dependent on experience)

A respected law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex clinical negligence matters, including:

• Severe and high-value claims across England and Wales
• Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
• Providing meticulous and tenacious representation
• Supporting a collaborative and compassionate team culture
• Maintaining high professional standards and compliance

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence law
• A significant track record of success in complex claims
• Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
• Commitment to an ethical and client-focused approach
