Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Chippenham
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a growing Corporate team in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued development of a dynamic and forward thinking department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements
• Handle ad hoc company law matters and corporate governance issues
• Lead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleagues on more complex matters
• Provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Contribute to business development through networking and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate across departments and office locations
• Maintain high professional standards and excellent client care

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
• Experience across a range of corporate transactions
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
