Residential Property Conveyancer – Swindon – 5+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid considered)
Salary: £50,000–£75,000 DOE + bonus

A well established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer (Solicitor or CILEx) with 5+ years’ post qualification experience to support the expansion of its successful Homemove department into the Swindon office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive conveyancer who enjoys high quality fee earning work, autonomy, and building strong professional relationships.

The Role
You will manage a varied and busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, and other solicitors
  • Generating fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Building and developing new introducer relationships
  • Working collaboratively with a dedicated support team to ensure efficient file management and excellent client service


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified conveyancer with:

  • 5+ years PQE (Solicitor or CILEx)
  • Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
  • A personable, proactive approach to client care
  • Confidence in managing a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Motivation to contribute to the growth of the department
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
