Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a leading national law firm currently seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their established Bristol-based team. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, supporting clients primarily in the health and care sectors. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Conducting and supporting Employment Tribunal litigation
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures
- Advising on TUPE and employment aspects of commercial transactions
- Delivering client training and contributing to business development
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:
- 1–4 years’ PQE in employment law
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Ideally, exposure to health and care sector clients
- Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Working Arrangements
- This is a full-time role based in the Bristol office. A flexible hybrid working model is available, allowing for a blend of office and remote work tailored to client and team needs.
