Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Bath (new office)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a growing Corporate team in Bath, supporting the launch of a brand new office. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a developing presence in the region while working on a varied and high quality caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• Lead and support on transactions depending on experience
• Provide commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
• Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
• Maintain excellent client care and strong organisational practices

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
• Proactive, adaptable and highly organised
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
