A well-established and client-focused law firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join its respected Family Law team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a senior role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
This Cheltenham-based position offers exposure to a broad and complex caseload, including:
- Child Arrangement Orders
- Divorce and Matrimonial Finance
- Post-Nuptial Agreements
- Cohabitation Disputes
- Private Law Children Matters
You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, delivering strategic advice and empathetic support to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the department. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm, mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of the practice.
Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years PQE in family law
- Proven experience managing a varied and complex caseload
- Strong knowledge of matrimonial finance and private children law
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time role based in the Cheltenham office, with hybrid working supported. Flexibility is offered to suit individual and client needs.
