Salary: £55,000 to £80,000

A respected UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join its large and well-established Real Estate department in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of complex, high-quality matters for diverse clients, within a supportive and collaborative team culture.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Property development projects
  • Landlord and tenant transactions
  • Asset management
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Property and estate management on a national basis
  • Commercial property work for charities and education sector clients
  • Cross-departmental work on mergers and acquisitions of independent schools
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Supporting the growth and development of the Real Estate team


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • Associate or Senior Associate level experience in commercial property
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Broad exposure to property work (specialist backgrounds also considered)
  • Ideally some experience supervising colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • Passion for advising commercial property clients and delivering outstanding client service
