Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience) 

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a newly qualified to 2-year PQE solicitor to join their Employment Team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers and develop into a confident and well-rounded practitioner. 

About the Role

You’ll advise a diverse client base including corporations, charities, independent schools, and rural estates. The role offers exposure to a wide range of employment law issues across multiple sectors, making each day varied and rewarding. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on settlement agreements, disciplinaries, grievances, Tribunal claims, and day-to-day HR queries
  • Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice directly to clients
  • Supporting colleagues across the firm, including corporate and Court of Protection teams
  • Contributing to the team’s continued success and high-quality reputation

 About You

We’re looking for a solicitor with:

  • NQ to 2 years PQE
  • A solid foundation in employment law and legal processes
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • A methodical and analytical approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
