Salary: £55,000 to £80,000, depending on experience

A highly regarded, forward thinking UK law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Associate (1–5 years PQE) to join its ambitious and expanding Property Litigation team in Exeter. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters and play a key role in the continued growth of the team. Work will include:

  • Handling a broad range of contentious property matters
  • Advising private clients, corporate clients, retailers, landowners, developers, and investors
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
  • Engaging directly with clients from an early stage
  • Contributing to the development and long term success of the Property Litigation team


Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for a solicitor with:

  • 1–5 years PQE in property litigation
  • Experience in disputes involving development land (including telecoms), property contracts, and landlord/tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of covenant
  • Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently while recognising when to seek guidance
  • A proactive, commercially aware, and client focused mindset
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, collaboration, and contributing to a growing team
