Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – Cheltenham – 6–9 PQE / 10+ PQE
Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000–£90,000 (depending on experience)
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (6–9 PQE or 10+ PQE) to join its established and well-respected Commercial Property team in Cheltenham. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad and high value caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Commercial leases
- Refinancing matters
- Landlord and tenant work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the team
- Contributing to business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 6–9 years PQE or 10+ PQE in commercial property
- A loyal client base or strong client facing experience
- Broad commercial property expertise across core transactional areas
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence managing matters independently
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work and business development
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
