Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – Cheltenham – 6–9 PQE / 10+ PQE
Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000–£90,000 (depending on experience)

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (6–9 PQE or 10+ PQE) to join its established and well-respected Commercial Property team in Cheltenham. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad and high value caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Commercial leases
  • Refinancing matters
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the team
  • Contributing to business development initiatives


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 6–9 years PQE or 10+ PQE in commercial property
  • A loyal client base or strong client facing experience
  • Broad commercial property expertise across core transactional areas
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence managing matters independently
  • Strong technical ability and attention to detail
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work and business development
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
