Conveyancing Executive – Residential Property / Plot Sales – Bristol
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 home)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

A well established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive / Residential Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive to join its thriving Real Estate Plots team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work with major national housebuilder clients in a supportive, friendly and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will manage a busy and varied caseload of residential plot sales and wider conveyancing matters, including:

  • Acting for housebuilder clients on the sale of new build plots
  • Managing a high volume caseload (around 100 matters) with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling title investigation, enquiries, exchanges and completions
  • Liaising closely with clients, colleagues and internal teams
  • Supporting related Real Estate work such as site set ups, section agreements and deeds of variation
  • Delivering work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent service standards


Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer with:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
  • Plot sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage files with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence working under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including use of case management systems
  • Qualification by experience, CILEX or Chartered Legal Executive
  • (Solicitors not considered unless seeking a non traditional fee earning route)
