Senior Solicitor – Personal Injury (Multi-Track) – Bristol / Hybrid – 5+ PQE
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 + benefits (depending on experience)
A leading national claimant law firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join its highly regarded Multi-Track Accidents team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to handle complex, high-value claims and play a key role within a collaborative and purpose-driven team.
The Role
You will manage a caseload of high-value, complex personal injury claims typically ranging from £250,000 to £1,000,000, including:
- Road traffic accident claims
- Workplace accident claims
- Public liability matters
- Serious injury cases involving substantial quantum
You will be responsible for:
- Managing claims from initial instruction through to resolution or trial
- Developing case strategies and progressing litigation efficiently
- Instructing counsel and medical/technical experts
- Preparing for and attending Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs) and ADR
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
- Ensuring files are managed in line with best practice and compliance standards
In addition, you will:
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Share best practice and contribute to team performance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider department
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:
- 5+ years’ PQE in Personal Injury litigation
- Strong experience handling multi-track, high-value claims
- Confidence managing cases valued between £250,000 – £1,000,000
- Excellent understanding of litigation procedure and strategy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues (desirable)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
