Junior Residential Property Solicitor – Bristol – 1–3 Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (DOE)

A growing residential property team is seeking a Junior Residential Property Solicitor (1–3 PQE) or a strong paralegal ready to step up into a fee earner role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, high performing team with clear development pathways and exposure to high quality work.

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior colleagues and support a busy caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re mortgages
• Lease extensions
• Liaising with clients, agents and introducers
• Handling more complex tasks as your experience grows

You’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative Bristol team with strong support from senior fee earners and regional leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor, FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer OR strong paralegal with solid conveyancing experience
• 1–3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage files with supervision
• Eagerness to develop and take on more complex work
• Strong communication and client care skills

Working Model

• Hybrid working: 2 days from home
• Office presence important initially
• 9 day fortnight available after probation
• Full time contracted hours: 35 per week
