Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate – Bristol – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (flexible working considered)
Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Bristol is seeking a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters within a supportive and ambitious environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession actions, and trespass/squatter claims
  • Advising a diverse client base including property owners, developers, social housing providers, and funders
  • Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing court proceedings
  • Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development
  • Participating in business development and client relationship initiatives


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • At least 2 years’ PQE in property litigation
  • Strong academic credentials and technical legal expertise
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • A client-focused, commercially aware, and team-oriented mindset
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking
