Solicitor – Commercial Property – Bristol – PQE 1+
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available)
Salary: £50,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience)
A respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Real Estate team in Bristol, with a particular focus on Education Property work. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Handling a range of Commercial Property transactions
- Supporting a nationally recognised Education Property practice
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Attending clients both in-office and off-site where required
- Working collaboratively within the Real Estate team and wider firm
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Maintaining high professional standards, compliance, and CPD
- Participating in team meetings, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
- Experience in Commercial Property (Education sector experience desirable)
- Ability to manage a caseload independently on straightforward matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence, motivation, and a proactive approach
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
